Azalea Technology was created in the fall of 2006 with the express purpose of providing the best technology solutions for customers with an emphasis on high level efficient support at cost effective prices.  When we come up with a solution for a customer, we put it through various tests and make sure it answers the following questions:

 

• Does the solution solve the initial problem in the first place?

• Is the solution a way of performing a task in a more efficient way for the customer?

• Does the solution help the customer to generate more business or cut costs in some fashion?

• Will the customer notice the results in a tangible way?

• Could the customer benefit in a greater way with another solution (Is this the best solution for the customer’s problem?)
